Ben jij een Regiebegeleider of Cliëntbegeleider die het een uitdaging vindt om ontwikkelingsgericht te werken met cliënten met gedragsproblematiek, waarbij de cliënten stapje voor stapje verantwoordelijkheid leren te nemen voor hun eigen keuzes? Recruitment zal deze na een korte screening doorzetten naar de groep.

Wat ga je doen? Op Kwadijkerpark 105 wonen 10 cliënten, 8 mannen en 2 vrouwen in de leeftijd van 19 tot 40 jaar. De cliënten functioneren op laag- tot middenniveau met gedragsproblematiek en zijn in meer of mindere mate afhankelijk van een duidelijke structuur voor de dagelijkse activiteiten. De cliënten zijn individueel ingesteld. Gezamenlijke activiteiten zijn de maaltijden en koffie/thee momenten. Zo wordt er bijvoorbeeld elke avond samen met de cliënten gekookt. Er zijn over het algemeen twee begeleiders overdag aanwezig en drie a vier in de avond in verband met de zorgbehoefte/zorgvraag van de cliënten. Een aantal cliënten krijgen dagbesteding op de woning. Hoe pas je in het team?

We zijn een jong en dynamisch team dat van elkaar op aan kan. Wij zoeken dan ook een collega die weet van doorpakken maar op zijn tijd ook van een geintje houdt. Relativeren in ons vak is belangrijk en daar draagt humor zeker aan bij! In ons team vinden we het belangrijk dat je zegt wat je doet, en doet wat je zegt. We begeleiden onze cliënten vanuit de onvoorwaardelijke relatie en laten onze cliënten ervaren dat ze mogen zijn wie ze zijn. We zien het als een meerwaarde als je ervaring hebt met onze doelgroep, maar met de juiste motivatie, reflecterend vermogen en passie voor de gehandicaptenzorg ben je ook meer dan welkom om te solliciteren. Je bent positief ingesteld, toont lef en maakt er elke dag het beste van!

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat jij;

  • goed kunt samenwerken;
  • bij voorkeur beschikt over een afgeronde zorg opleiding op MBO niveau 3/4;
  • ervaring hebt met de beschreven doelgroep en/of problematiek;
  • ervaring hebt met verbale & non-verbale agressie en kunt anticiperen op de ondersteuningsvraag van de cliënten;
  • kunt schakelen in de begeleidingsstijl tussen de verschillende niveaus van de cliënten.

De functie Regiebegeleider is ingedeeld in FWG 45 van de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
