Les missions du postePro Inter Esch recrute pour l'un de ses clients un Chargé d'Affaires (H/F) afin de renforcer son équipe et d'assurer le suivi opérationnel, technique et commercial de ses projets.Vos principales responsabilités :Gestion opérationnelle et technique• Assurer un support technique aux équipes directement sur les chantiers.• Coordonner les différents sous-traitants intervenant sur les projets.• Organiser et suivre les commandes de matériel, équipements et outillages nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux.• Veiller au respect des délais et assurer le suivi des différentes échéances.• Identifier les éventuelles non-conformités et coordonner leur résolution.• Assurer le suivi général de l'avancement des travaux et veiller à leur bonne réalisation.Management d'équipe• Organiser et planifier les activités des équipes opérationnelles.• Répartir les tâches en fonction des compétences et de la charge de travail.• Assurer le suivi des performances et accompagner les équipes dans la réalisation de leurs missions.• Veiller à la bonne coordination entre les différents intervenants.Gestion commerciale• Identifier les besoins complémentaires des clients au cours des travaux.• Préparer et établir les offres commerciales relatives aux travaux supplémentaires.• Assurer le suivi des demandes clients et contribuer au développement de la relation commerciale.• Participer au suivi et à la satisfaction des clients tout au long des projets.Le profil recherché• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique supérieur dans le domaine de l'électricité, du HVAC, de la construction ou d'un domaine similaire.• Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de chantiers, de projets techniques ou dans une fonction similaire.• Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques et êtes capable d'apporter un support aux équipes sur le terrain.• Vous avez de solides capacités d'organisation, de planification et de coordination.• Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion d'équipes et la coordination de sous-traitants.• Vous disposez d'un bon sens commercial et êtes capable d'identifier les besoins des clients.• Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, réactif et avez le sens des responsabilités.• Vous disposez de bonnes qualités relationnelles et appréciez le contact avec les clients et les différents intervenants.L'entrepriseVous recherchez un emploi ?
