The posting

We zoeken een projectleider die het aanspreekpunt is voor onze opdrachtgevers (vaak hoofdaannemers), de architecten en onze plaatsers (rechtstreeks of via hun ploegbaas).

Dit zijn - naast de rol van aanspreekpunt - de voornaamste taken:

  • Opvolging algemeen: je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit van zowel kleine als grote projecten.
  • Opvolging ter plaatse op de werf: controleren van de situatie ter plaatse, inmeten van ruimtes en in samenspraak met de ploegbaas van de plaatsers toezien op een veilige en correcte montage.
  • Planning & logistiek: coördineren van de planning zodat alles exact op het juiste moment op de werf samenkomt.
  • Oplevering: samen met onze opdrachtgevers het project doorlopen, eventuele opleverpunten noteren en zorgen dat deze snel worden opgelost.
  • Samen met de productieverantwoordelijke de werkvoorbereider coachen en opvolgen.

Bij voorkeur een bachelor in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring - dus aantoonbaar inzicht in interieur/binnendeuren.

Je bent stressbestendig en kan vlot werken met Autocad en met Excel.

Goede organisatorische capaciteiten en planmatig te werk gaan, zijn jou niet vreemd.

Je communiceert helder en sterk – zowel mondeling als schriftelijk – met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.

Je omarmt het samenwerken met jouw collega’s en kan eveneens goed zelfstandig werken.

Je hebt een commerciële attitude en denkt oplossingsgericht mee na met klanten.

Je woont bij voorkeur in een straal van maximum 25 minuten rijden met de wagen of je bent bereid je te vestigen in de regio.

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
