  • Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und gewinnst Neukunden im Süden Deutschlands für das gesamte Portfolio der Proact Deutschland GmbH – insbesondere in den Bereichen Hybrid Cloud Managed Services, Infrastruktur und System Sales.
  • Du betreust ausgewählte Bestandskunden in der Region und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter.
  • Du führst vollständige End-to-End-Vertriebszyklen durch – von der Leadgenerierung bis zum langfristigen Account Management.
  • Du erschließt neues Umsatzpotenzial durch gezielte Akquisition sowie den Abschluss von IT-Dienstleistungen und Managed Services.
  • Du traust dir zu, Umsätze in Millionenhöhe zu erzielen und die Marktpräsenz von Proact in Süddeutschland entscheidend voranzutreiben.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Presales zusammen und gibst wertvolle Impulse für regionale Kundenveranstaltungen und Kampagnen.

Dein Talent zum Erfolg

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich – oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT Managed Services und kennst den digitalen Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Markt, insbesondere in Süddeutschland.
  • Du verfügst über ein belastbares Netzwerk zu Entscheider:innen in den Bereichen Cloud, Infrastruktur und Digital Workspace – im Idealfall bringst du eigene Kundenkontakte mit.
  • Du handelst selbstmotiviert, zielorientiert und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Geschäftsabschlüsse.
  • Du trittst kommunikativ, überzeugend und begeisternd auf – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
  • Du arbeitest gern mit Menschen, bist daten- und prozessaffin und gehst Themen analytisch an.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist reisebereit.
