  • Du stellst den fehlerfreien Betrieb der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden sicher und bist direkter Ansprechpartner für Anfragen und Probleme
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Themen rund um Storage und Backup innerhalb unserer eigenen Service Plattformen und entwickelst diese aktiv weiter
  • Du bearbeitest einerseits prozessorientierte Standard-Anfragen und kannst andererseits Deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen, indem du Optimierungen und Migrationen planst oder mit dem PreSales Team an Konzepten arbeitest
  • Gemeinsam mit Kunden und Herstellern nimmst Du an regelmäßigen Terminen teil, um Projekte zu planen und Kundensysteme durch Optimierung noch ein Stück sicherer und performanter zu machen

Dein Talent zum Erfolg

  • Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder andere vergleichbar technische Ausbildung/ Studium/ praktische Erfahrung
  • Du fühlst dich auf der ONTAP CLI zuhause und kennst Dich dazu noch bestens mit NetApp Hardware aus (FAS, AFF, Metrocluster, E-Series)
  • Du beherrscht die Grundlagen von Applikationen und Plattformen wie VMware vSphere, MSSQL, MS Exchange, M365 und Container Lösungen und weißt was nötig ist, um diese erfolgreich zu sichern – und das auch idealerweise noch mit Commvault
  • Deine analytische Denkweise hilft Dir Dich in komplexen Systemen zurecht zu finden und bei Fehlern und Problemen strukturiert vorzugehen
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit hybriden Clouds gesammelt
  • Du hast ITIL-Grundlagenwissen idealerweise mit Foundation Zertifikat
  • Zertifizierungen sind willkommen, können aber auch im Rahmen der Tätigkeit erworben werden
