  • Du legst Kunden- und Lieferantenverträge in unseren Systemen an und pflegst diese über den gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus hinweg.
  • Du verwaltest Vertragsänderungen, Laufzeiten und Kündigungsfristen und behältst dabei alle relevanten Termine im Blick.
  • Du koordinierst Vertragsverlängerungen (Renewals) und stellst eine reibungslose Weiterführung bestehender Verträge sicher.
  • Du sorgst für eine korrekte und termingerechte Abrechnung unserer Leistungen.
  • Du verarbeitest Verbrauchs- und Abrechnungsdaten und stellst deren Qualität und Vollständigkeit sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Projektmanagement, Service Delivery und Finance zusammen und koordinierst vertragsrelevante Themen.
  • Du bearbeitest Vertrags- und Abrechnungsanfragen professionell und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du führst Vertragsprüfungen sowie Plausibilitätskontrollen durch und stellst die Einhaltung kaufmännischer Vorgaben sicher.
  • Du erstellst Reports, Auswertungen und Kalkulationsgrundlagen als Basis für fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Du gewährleistest eine hohe Datenqualität in ERP- und CRM-Systemen.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und trägst zu einer effizienten kaufmännischen Abwicklung bei.

Dein Talent zum Erfolg

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement, Order Management, Billing oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
  • Du kennst dich mit Vertragsstrukturen, Laufzeiten und Abrechnungsmodellen aus und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Navision bzw. Business Central.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten den Überblick.
  • Du bist zahlen- und prozessaffin, sicher im Umgang mit Excel und wertest Daten sowie Zusammenhänge gerne aus.
  • Du kommunizierst verbindlich und arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend zusammen.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung aus dem IT-Dienstleistungs-, Managed-Service- oder Cloud-Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse von Subscription- und Verbrauchsmodellen und CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce mit.
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse, stößt Verbesserungen an und entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
