  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unsere Kundenprojekte rund um den Modern Workplace mit Microsoft 365 – von der Detailkonzeption bis zur Umsetzung
  • Du analysierst bestehende Umgebungen und planst ganzheitliche Transformationen hin zu hybriden oder Cloud-basierten M365-Architekturen, wobei du auch Legacy- und Hybrid-Themen mit im Blick hast
  • Du setzt M365-Lösungenhands-on um und bringst deine Spezialisierung gezielt ein, z. B. in den Bereichen Identity, Collaboration (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint), Power Platform, KI & Copilot oderEndpointManagement
  • Du berätst unsere Geschäftskunden zu Modern-Workplace-Szenarien, Adoption, Governance und Best Practices und begleitest die technische Umsetzung
  • Du stellst sicher, dass stabile, sichere und zukunftsfähige M365-Umgebungenentstehenund unterstützt beim Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Betriebs sowie kontinuierlicher Optimierungen
  • Du berücksichtigst Security-, Compliance- und Datenschutzanforderungen (z. B. Identity & Access, Conditional Access, Device- und Information Protection) und integrierst diese sinnvoll in die Gesamtlösung
  • Du erstellst technische Konzepte, Architektur‑, Betriebs- und Projektdokumentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache für anspruchsvolle Kundenumgebungen
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Microsoft- und Modern-Workplace-Portfolios mit, z. B. durch neue Services, Standards, Automatisierungen oder den Einsatz von KI

Dein Talent zum Erfolg

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im IT- oder Microsoft-Umfeld mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Consulting oder in der Umsetzung von M365-Projekten und hast dabei Verantwortung für Kunden oder Teilprojekte übernommen
  • Du verfügst über ein breites technisches Verständnis des Microsoft-365‑Ökosystemsund angrenzenden Infrastruktur-Lösungen und hast in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche vertieftes Spezialwissen: Identity, Collaboration, Power Platform, KI/Copilot oder Intune
  • Du kennst hybride Szenarien sowie angrenzende Microsoft-Technologien wie Entra ID (Azure AD), Security & Compliance oder Automatisierung und kannst diese sinnvoll einordnen
  • Du denkst lösungs- und serviceorientiert, arbeitest strukturiert und baust vertrauensvolle, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf
  • Du hast Freude daran, über den eigenen Schwerpunkt hinauszublicken, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und Mehrwerte für die Kunden
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die nationale und internationale Zusammenarbeit
  • Du teilst dein Wissen gern im Team, mit Kund:innen und in der Community und hast Lust, dich im Microsoft-365‑Umfeld kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
