Du arbeitest in Vollzeit deutschlandweit an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice. Regelmäßige Reisen zu unserem Standort in Kaiserslautern sind Bestandteil dieser Position.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du begleitest die Integration der Insiders Produkte in die Proalpha Group und sorgst dafür, dass Roadmap, Partneranforderungen und interne Umsetzung zusammenlaufen. Dabei arbeitest Du bereichsübergreifend, steuerst Ressourcen und bringst einheitliche Prozesse in die Gruppe.

  • Steuerung: Als zentraler Verantwortlicher koordinierst Du die nächsten Schritte entlang von APMI-Plan und Produktroadmap.
  • Rollout: Du planst Produktrollouts, steuerst die Umsetzung mit Entwicklung, Consulting, Vertrieb und Support und behältst Ressourcen, Abhängigkeiten und Ergebnisse im Blick.
  • Enablement: Im Austausch mit Vertriebs- und Implementierungs-Partnern sowie internen Teams schaffst Du die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Vermarktung und Einführung der Insiders Lösung.
  • Standardisierung: Du definierst das Standardprodukt, stellst dessen Einhaltung sicher und entwickelst Prozesse für ein einheitliches Vorgehen weiter.
  • Reporting: Durch regelmäßiges Controlling, Management-Reporting und klares Eskalationsmanagement sorgst Du für Transparenz und schnelle Entscheidungen.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im SaaS-Umfeld sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden oder Partnern
  • Fachkenntnisse: Sicheres Verständnis für Softwareprodukte, technische Machbarkeit, Produktrollouts, Partner-Enablement und bereichsübergreifende Projektsteuerung
  • Persönlichkeit: Durchsetzungsvermögen in dynamischen Umfeldern, klare Kommunikation auf C-Level-Ebene, Überblick über komplexe Zusammenhänge und konsequente Problemlösungsorientierung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
