Du arbeitest in Teilzeit (20 Stunden während des Semesters) an unserem Standort in Kaiserslautern und tageweise im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Als Werkstudent m/w/d im Bereich Technische Redaktion unterstützt Du unser Redaktionsteam dabei, technische Inhalte rund um unsere Softwareprodukte verständlich und strukturiert aufzubereiten. Dabei erhältst Du Einblicke in moderne technische Dokumentation, arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung und Produktmanagement zusammen und kannst Dein Wissen aus dem Studium direkt in der Praxis anwenden. Unser gemeinsamer Standorttag in Kaiserslautern ist dienstags, darüber hinaus gehört mobiles Arbeiten zu unserem Arbeitsmodus.

  • Dokumentation: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Pflege unserer technischen Produktdokumentation.
  • Aufbereitung: Technische Inhalte bereitest Du strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht auf und hilfst dabei, komplexe Informationen verständlich darzustellen.
  • Recherche: Gemeinsam mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und dem Redaktionsteam recherchierst Du Informationen zu neuen Funktionen und bestehenden Produkten.
  • Qualität: Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung und Vereinheitlichung von Dokumentationen, Terminologie und redaktionellen Standards.
  • Tools: Du arbeitest mit unseren Dokumentationssystemen und lernst den Umgang mit modernen Redaktionswerkzeugen, strukturierten Formaten und KI-gestützten Anwendungen kennen.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

  • Ausbildung: Laufendes Studium der Technischen Redaktion, Technischen Kommunikation, Medienkommunikation, Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Berufserfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der technischen Dokumentation, Redaktion oder Softwareumgebung
  • Fachkenntnisse: Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und digitaler Dokumentation; erste Berührungspunkte mit Markdown, XML, Git oder vergleichbaren Tools sind ein Plus
  • Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Spaß daran, komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten, sowie eine offene und kommunikative Art
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
