Vanwege de enorme groei die Process-it doormaakt, zijn wij opzoek naar een doortastende Proces Analist. Als Proces Analist speel je een cruciale rol in de optimalisatie van kritische bedrijfsprocessen. Omdat de processen op opdrachtbasis verkregen worden, zijn ze afkomstig van verschillende bedrijven. Hierdoor zijn je werkzaamheden ook zeer afwisselend en uitdagend. Je hebt affiniteit/ervaring met IT-systemen, waardoor je in staat bent om de bedrijfsprocessen te analyseren, verbeteren en uiteindelijk optimaal te laten lopen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Je bent in staat om op basis van interviews en observaties huidige processen schematisch in kaart te brengen, aanbevelingen op het gebied van proces inrichting te geven en uiteindelijk het nieuwe proces te implementeren in de organisatie en applicaties. Uiteraard implementeer je ook controlemechanismen, om eventuele bijsturing mogelijk te maken. Je vormt de spil tussen de business en IT om tot optimale bedrijfsprocessen te komen. Jij zorgt voor draagvlak bij eindgebruikers, houdt rekening met de consequenties van de implementatie van het nieuwe proces op bestaande processen, en borgt dat na de implementatie van het nieuwe proces alle gestelde doelstellingen behaald worden. Je bespreekt en evalueert behaalde resultaten met de verantwoordelijke en je komt met verbeter initiatieven en waarborgt de uitvoering daarvan.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau met een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie op het snijvlak van processen en IT.
  • Affiniteit met procesgang binnen verschillende branches.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met Lean Six Sigma.
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en weet de verwachtingen van diverse stakeholders te managen.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en weet het proces binnen projecten te bewaken.
  • Je denkt proactief mee in veranderingen en verbeteringen op zowel IT-gebied als op strategisch niveau.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte houding.
  • Je bent zelfstandig in het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden.

Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is een vereiste.
