Bij Process-it werk je niet aan losse verbeterprojecten, maar bouw je aan de basis van organisaties. Met onze Omyo modulaire SaaS-oplossingen zorgen we voor structuur, standaardisatie en continuïteit. Zo maken we organisaties wendbaar, compliant en klaar voor de toekomst.

Door onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analist die processen niet alleen wil begrijpen, maar ze ook duurzaam wil inrichten en borgen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Je helpt organisaties om grip te krijgen op hun processen, informatie en manier van werken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen hoe processen vandaag verlopen. Je onderzoekt hoe ze slimmer, consistenter en toekomstbestendig ingericht kunnen worden.

Je brengt processen, informatiestromen en systemen helder in kaart en vertaalt dit naar een gestandaardiseerde inrichting. In plaats van telkens nieuw maatwerk te bedenken, werk je volgens een duidelijke methodiek en bouw je aan een schaalbaar fundament dat organisaties verder helpt groeien.

In jouw rol werk je op het snijvlak van business en IT. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen, systemen en informatie logisch op elkaar aansluiten en elkaar versterken. Tegelijkertijd draag je bij aan het borgen van kennis binnen organisaties, zodat zij minder afhankelijk worden van individuen en continuïteit gewaarborgd blijft.

Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het structureel inrichten van compliance. Je zorgt ervoor dat wet- en regelgeving onderdeel wordt van de basis van de organisatie, in plaats van een controle achteraf. Dit sluit aan bij hoe Process-it organisaties helpt om verantwoording en structuur vanaf de kern op te bouwen.

Je begeleidt de implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen en zorgt voor draagvlak bij stakeholders. Je helpt organisaties om anders naar processen te kijken: niet als losse activiteiten, maar als een samenhangend geheel dat stuurbaar en schaalbaar is.

Tot slot blijf je continu verbeteren. Je signaleert kansen, scherpt structuren aan en helpt organisaties om stap voor stap te groeien in volwassenheid.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau met een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie op het snijvlak van processen en IT.
  • Affiniteit met procesgang binnen verschillende branches.
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en weet de verwachtingen van diverse stakeholders te managen.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en weet het proces binnen projecten te bewaken.
  • Je denkt proactief mee in veranderingen en verbeteringen op zowel IT-gebied als op strategisch niveau.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte houding.
  • Je bent zelfstandig in het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden.

Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is een vereiste.
