Wir suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Steuerfachangestellte*r / Bilanzbuchhalter*in (m/w/d) (bis zu 60 % Homeoffice möglich) – für anspruchsvolle Mandate.

Was du machst:

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung: Du buchst eigenständig und sicher – auch bei größeren, komplexeren Mandanten aus dem Heilberufe-Bereich.
  • Jahresabschlüsse & Steuererklärungen: Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und medizinische Einrichtungen – mit dem Blick fürs Wesentliche und einem sicheren Umgang mit den branchenspezifischen Besonderheiten.
  • Mandantenbetreuung mit Substanz: Du bist verlässliche Ansprechperson für deine Mandanten, beantwortest fachliche Fragen und arbeitest eng mit den Steuerberatern im Team zusammen.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*r, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).
  • Erfahrung: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung, idealerweise im kleinen oder mittelständischen Kanzleiumfeld, und kannst komplexere Mandate eigenständig und sicher bearbeiten.
  • Buchungssicherheit: Du buchst routiniert und präzise – auch bei größeren Mandanten mit höherem Aufkommen oder besonderen Anforderungen.
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse: Du arbeitest sicher mit DATEV und Unternehmen online.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem eingespielten Team.
