Du hast in der Steuerberatung bereits einiges erlebt? Komplexe, anspruchsvolle Buchhaltungen und Jahresabschlüsse zu erstellen fordert dich heraus?

Dann komm zu uns nach Köln und werde Teil eines spezialisierten Teams, das Heilberufler auf hohem Niveau begleitet. Wir suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit.

Was du machst:

  • Jahresabschlüsse & Bilanzen: Du erstellst eigenständig Jahresabschlüsse und Bilanzen insbesondere für Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften aus dem Heilberufeumfeld – sorgfältig, fristgerecht und mit dem Blick fürs Wesentliche.
  • Einnahmenüberschussrechnungen: Du bearbeitest EÜR für Freiberufler und Einzelpraxen routiniert und sicher.
  • Steuererklärungen: Du erstellst betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen eigenverantwortlich.
  • Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung: Du bringst dein Know-how in der Kostenanalyse ein und unterstützt unsere Mandanten dabei, ihre betriebswirtschaftliche Situation zu verstehen und zu verbessern.
  • Mandantenkommunikation: Du bist verlässliche Ansprechperson für deine Mandanten – auch wenn Unterlagen mal nicht pünktlich kommen. Du bleibst strukturiert, kommunizierst klar und bringst Dinge verbindlich zum Abschluss.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*r (m/w/d), gerne auch mit Weiterbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Steuerberatung mit und weißt, was es bedeutet, Mandate eigenständig und zuverlässig zu betreuen.
  • Fachliche Tiefe: Du erstellst Bilanzen und Jahresabschlüsse für Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften sicher. Einnahmenüberschussrechnungen gehören für dich zum Alltag. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung mit.
  • DATEV: Du arbeitest routiniert mit DATEV und Unternehmen online.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du kommunizierst klar und lösungsorientiert, behältst auch bei anspruchsvollen Mandanten den Überblick und bringst Dinge strukturiert zum Abschluss.
