En Profertil, compañía líder en la producción de fertilizantes en Argentina, buscamos incorporar un/a Analista de Compras Logísticas para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Abastecimiento en la Gerencia de Supply Chain, con base en nuestra Planta de Ing. White. La contratación será por una duración mínima prevista de 12 meses.

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar la contratación de fletes marítimos y terrestres, servicios de almacenamiento y otros servicios logísticos.
  • Analizar y negociar propuestas comerciales y condiciones contractuales.
  • Desarrollar y evaluar proveedores, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con proveedores y clientes internos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento, control y certificación de los servicios contratados, asegurando el cumplimiento de las condiciones acordadas y la trazabilidad de los procesos
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión, proponer mejoras y participar en auditorías y gestiones vinculadas con compras de importación.

📍 Lugar y modalidad de trabajo

  • Planta de Profertil en Ingeniero White, Bahía Blanca
  • Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 17:00.
  • Modalidad híbrida, con esquema presencial/remoto 4x1.

Requisitos

🎓 Requisitos excluyentes

  • Profesionales universitarios/as, graduados/as en Lic. en Administración, Ing. Industrial, Ciencias Económicas, Lic. en Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de servicios logísticos, adquirida en empresas medianas o grandes, preferentemente del sector industrial.
  • Nivel intermedio de idioma inglés
  • Residencia en Bahía Blanca o zonas cercanas (Ing. White, Punta Alta, Gral. Daniel Cerri).

💼 Se valorará

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel
  • Conocimientos de SAP y Power BI.
  • Conocimientos de técnicas de negociación, análisis de propuestas comerciales y documentación contractual.
  • Experiencia específica en negociación y contratación de fletes marítimos y terrestres, control y certificación de servicios contratados.
  • Perfil analítico, autonomía, capacidad de organización, habilidad para relacionarse con diferentes interlocutores y orientación a resultados.
