En Profertil, empresa líder en la producción de fertilizantes, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Seguridad e Higiene para incorporarse en la Gerencia de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad, en nuestra planta de Ingeniero White.

Su principal desafío será contribuir a la gestión de la seguridad y la salud ocupacional, brindando asesoramiento a los distintos sectores y participando en la mejora continua del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG).

🧩 Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestión del SIG; gestionar desvíos y no conformidades, monitoreo de indicadores de gestión (KPIs), mantenimiento y control documental, organización y realización de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Asesorar a los distintos sectores en temas referentes a Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional dentro del ámbito normativo, marco legal o mejores prácticas en la materia.
  • Desarrollar y revisar los procedimientos de aplicación en los distintos sectores o instalaciones de la organización.
  • Planificar, controlar y supervisar distintos tipos contratos de servicios.
  • Elaborar, revisar y actualizar planes de respuesta a emergencias.
  • Planificar/coordinar simulacros en planta y diseñar/dictar entrenamientos.

📍 Lugar y modalidad de trabajo

  • Planta de Ingeniero White
  • Lunes a viernes, de 8 a 17 hs.
  • Esquema híbrido: 4 días presenciales y uno remoto por semana.
  • Contratación por tiempo indeterminado.

Requisitos

🎓 Requisitos excluyentes

  • Título universitario de grado en Seguridad e Higiene o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en entornos industriales, desempeñando funciones de Seguridad, Higiene y Calidad/ Sistema integrado de gestión, ya sea en áreas de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad o en otros sectores, como Mantenimiento, Producción o Logística.
  • Residencia en Bahía Blanca o zonas cercanas (Ing. White, Punta Alta, Gral. Daniel Cerri).

💼 Se valorará

  • Formación como Auditor/a Interno/a en normas ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
  • Experiencia en atención de inspecciones de organismos de control (SRT, CTE, PNA, etc) y participación en auditorías internas y externas.
  • Experiencia en planificación y ejecución de simulacros de campo, coordinación y entrenamiento de brigadas de emergencias internas.
  • Perfil con buenas relaciones interpersonales, autonomía, orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en equipo en entornos exigentes.
