Progesys Inc. est une firme reconnue en gestion de projets et la transition optimale de ces projets de la construction à l’opération. La société est basée à Laval (Canada) depuis 2002 et a des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Amérique Latine.

Progesys est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Adjoint(e) au VP Développement des affaires pour rejoindre son équipe de travail.

Responsabilités principales

  • Rédiger et diffuser les comptes rendus des réunions (minutes of meeting).
  • Concevoir, monter et actualiser les présentations pour diverses réunions et workshops.
  • Mettre à jour et suivre les indicateurs de performance via les dashboards.
  • Coordonner les actions avec l’équipe Business Development et assurer une bonne communication interne
  • Organiser le calendrier et les agendas du VP Business Development.
  • Assister à la préparation des dossiers, propositions commerciales et autres documents importants
  • Effectuer toute tâche administrative ou opérationnelle supplémentaire pour soutenir le VP et l’équipe.

Compétences clés

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, Salesforce un atout.
  • Capacité à synthétiser et présenter l’information clairement.
  • Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et bon relationnel.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais). Le bilinguisme est requis pour cette position puisque l'employé devra communiquer avec des parties prenantes ne parlant pas le français.
