Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Superviseur Mise en Service – Électrique pour intervenir sur un projet d’envergure.

Ce rôle clé consiste à superviser et coordonner les activités de mise en service électrique sur site, en assurant la conformité, la sécurité et la performance des installations. Le candidat idéal possède à la fois une forte expertise technique et des compétences en gestion d’équipe.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Superviser les activités de mise en service électrique sur site
  • Coordonner les équipes et les sous-traitants impliqués dans les travaux
  • Assurer la conformité des installations selon les normes et spécifications
  • Participer aux essais, tests et validations des systèmes électriques
  • Superviser les travaux liés aux postes électriques et raccordements moyenne et haute tension
  • Identifier les problématiques techniques et proposer des solutions efficaces
  • Assurer le respect des normes SST et des procédures de qualité
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de construction et d’exploitation

Profil recherché:

  • Expérience significative en mise en service électrique et dans le secteur minier.
  • Solide expertise en moyenne et haute tension
  • Expérience en supervision d’équipe sur chantier
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique
  • Forte autonomie, leadership et esprit d’analyse
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français
