The posting

Progesys est une entreprise reconnue dans la gestion de projets industriels et leurs transitions optimales de la construction à l'exploitation. L'entreprise est basée à Laval (Canada) depuis 2002 et possède des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Amérique Latine.

Progesys est à la recherche d'un planificateur de projet. Relevant du gestionnaire de projet, le planificateur de projet joue un rôle stratégique au sein de l'équipe, en recueillant les informations pertinentes pour prendre des décisions éclairées et en soutenant l'équipe de projet pour atteindre les objectifs dans les délais prescrits.

Principales responsabilités

  • Développer et maintenir les échéanciers du projet (niveau détaillé et global).
  • Suivi de l’avancement des activités d’ingénierie, construction et mise en service.
  • Analyse des écarts entre le plan et l’exécution réelle.
  • Coordination avec les équipes projet (ingénierie, construction, procurement, commissioning).
  • Mise à jour régulière des rapports d’avancement (weekly / monthly reports).
  • Intégration des changements au planning (change impacts).
  • Support aux équipes project controls pour les analyses de performance.

Qualifications requises

  • Minimum de 10 années d’expérience en planification de projets.
  • Expérience en planning / scheduling de projets majeurs.
  • Expérience dans les secteurs minier, énergie ou construction lourde.
  • Expérience en développement de processus et standards de gestion de projet.
  • Expérience dans un environnement multi-projets.
  • Maîtrise de Primavera P6, MS Project et autres outils de planification.
  • Certification PMP, PMI-SP, AACEI-PSP ou autre, un atout.
