Progesys est une firme reconnue en gestion de projets et la transition optimale de ces projets de la construction à l’opération. La société est basée à Laval (Canada) depuis 2002 et a des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Amérique Latine.

Progesys est à la recherche d’un Responsable Mise en Service - Électrique

Principales responsabilités

  • Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités de mise en service des équipements et systèmes industriels.
  • Assurer le respect des procédures de mise en service et des normes de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Superviser les essais fonctionnels et la validation des équipements.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de construction et d’exploitation.
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés lors de la mise en service.
  • Préparer les rapports de mise en service détaillés, y compris les résultats des tests et les recommandations.
  • Former le personnel d’exploitation sur les équipements et les procédures techniques.
  • Veiller à la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et aux normes de qualité.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou baccalauréat en génie électrique ou autre domaine pertinent.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en supervision de mise en service dans le secteur industriel ou minier.
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus de mise en service, essais fonctionnels et gestion de projet.
  • Compétences solides en résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques, des schémas électriques et des diagrammes de processus.
  • Compétences en gestion d’équipe et coordination interdisciplinaire.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets et de suivi des activités.
