Progesys Inc. est une firme reconnue en gestion de projets industriels et leurs transitions optimales de la construction à l’opération. La société est basée à Laval (Canada) depuis 2002 et possède des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Amérique Latine.

Relevant de la Responsable en acquisition de talent, le/la spécialiste en acquisition de talents exécutera les stratégies de recrutement pour une grande variété de postes (au siège social et en assignation chez nos clients).

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Réaliser toutes les étapes du processus de dotation : rédiger et afficher les postes à combler, trier les CV, effectuer les entrevues téléphoniques et en personne, prendre les références, etc.
  • Agir à titre d’expert et de conseiller sur des questions concernant le processus de recrutement, les marchés de candidats et les ressources
  • Présenter des stratégies de recrutement adaptées et communiquer l’avancement des démarches
  • Chercher de manière proactive des candidats pour pourvoir des postes existants et bâtir un bassin de talents pour combler des besoins éventuels, incluant de la recherche de cadre (headhunting) et du sourcing

Votre profil

  • Baccalauréat en affaires ou en ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles
  • De 5-10 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Expérience internationale un atout
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (anglais et français), troisième langue un atout (le bilinguisme est requis pour cette position puisque l'employé devra communiquer avec des parties prenantes ne parlant pas le français)
  • Expertise en recherche de candidats passifs et médias sociaux
  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, communication et relations interpersonnelles
  • Connaissance des outils Outlook, dont Word et Excel
  • Forte orientation vers les résultats
  • Auto-motivé et capable de travailler de manière autonome
  • Compétences en planification et organisation
