The posting

Progesys est une firme reconnue en gestion de projets et la transition optimale de ces projets de la construction à l’opération. La société est basée à Laval (Canada) depuis 2002 et a des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Amérique Latine.

Progesys est à la recherche d’un Superviseur Mise en Service Mécanique pour joindre notre équipe.

Principales responsabilités

  • Effectuer l’installation, l’assemblage et la maintenance des équipements mécaniques.
  • Réaliser des inspections périodiques pour s'assurer de la conformité aux spécifications techniques et aux normes de sécurité.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et problèmes mécaniques, et effectuer les réparations nécessaires.
  • Participer à la mise en service et aux essais des équipements industriels.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénieurs et de projet pour le suivi des travaux.
  • Préparer des rapports techniques détaillés sur les travaux effectués.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de santé, sécurité et environnement.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en génie mécanique, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel ou minier.
  • Une expérience en mise en service est requise.
  • Solides compétences en mécanique industrielle, hydraulique et pneumatique.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques et des schémas mécaniques.
  • Compétences en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes mécaniques complexes.
  • Capacité à travailler sur le terrain et en équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de maintenance (un atout).
