O Assistente de Projetos será responsável por dar suporte à equipe de engenharia nas atividades administrativas, operacionais e de gestão de projetos. Este profissional atuará como ponto de apoio em diversas áreas, garantindo o andamento das atividades de forma organizada e eficiente, além de contribuir com a comunicação entre os departamentos, clientes e fornecedores.

ATIVIDADES VINCULADAS À GESTÃO DO SETOR:

Equipe:

· Auxiliar na elaboração de reuniões de desenvolvimento da equipe e sugerir melhorias e aquisições para otimização de processos e recursos.

· Controlar a logística de campo e a agenda dos veículos da empresa, planejando viagens da equipe.

Projetos:

· Participar das reuniões de Kick Off com o departamento comercial, alinhando informações e expectativas do cliente.

· Cadastrar e acompanhar os projetos no software de gestão, alertando sobre o vencimento de contratos e formalizando o status.

· Acompanhar e atualizar o escopo de atividades, cronogramas e status dos projetos no software de gestão, comunicando ao cliente e alinhando com a equipe.

· Manter comunicação contínua com os clientes via e-mail e telefone, apresentando status do projeto semanalmente.

· Revisar a formatação de documentos e relatórios.

· Garantir que os apontamentos de horas por projeto sejam corretamente preenchidos e validados.

Aquisição e Logística:

· Definir especificações técnicas para a aquisição de materiais e serviços de campo.

· Solicitar propostas, mobilizar fornecedores e controlar a logística de materiais e equipamentos.

· Preencher solicitações de contratação e adiantamento de viagem, e verificar a prestação de contas dos fornecedores.

Documentação:

· Controlar a emissão de ARTs e atualizar cadastros ambientais das empresas do Grupo.
