The posting

Estamos em busca de um Assistente de Projetos para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal será responsável por contribuir na gestão de projetos de clientes-chave, realizando um bom atendimento, atuando como dedicado ao cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender demandas de clientes, internos e externos;
  • Realizar parametrização conforme requisitante;
  • Criar tarefas (issues) para melhorias, desenvolvimentos e correção de BUGs com apoio da gestão direta;
  • Apoiar o cliente no uso da plataforma para extração e análise de dados disponíveis, esclarecendo dúvidas eventuais;
  • Auxiliar o Key Account na validação da medição do cliente;
  • Acompanhar cronogramas de atendimento ao cliente, seja instalação, manutenção, desinstalação, garantindo a efetividade do serviço;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho solicitados pelo cliente;
  • Garantir a satisfação do cliente, buscando a fidelização do cliente;
  • Acompanhar o gestor direto em visitas ao cliente, estabelecendo um relacionamento próximo, buscando entender as necessidades e atender a sua satisfação;
  • Solicitar, analisar e acompanhar o cadastramento de fornecedores terceirizados e do serviço técnico;
  • Acompanhar cronogramas de implantação junto ao cliente, após aprovação do Coordenador de Grandes Contas.
  • Realizar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo.

Requisitos:

  • Desejável curso técnico ou superior em andamento nas áreas correlatas;
  • Desejável vivência no atendimento ao cliente B2B
  • Conhecimento Intermediário Pacote Office
  • Desejável Power BI
  • Residir na região metropolitana de Belo Horizonte/MG
