Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst Ist-Prozesse in Ministerien und Behörden auf, führst Interviews sowie Workshops durch und dokumentierst Abläufe, Schnittstellen und Schwachstellen.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale sowie Medienbrüche und entwickelst daraus praxistaugliche, standardisierte Soll-Prozesse.
  • Du modellierst Geschäftsprozesse (z. B. via BPMN 2.0) und erstellst klare, verständliche Dokumentationen.
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von Prozessstandards, Prozesskennzahlen (KPIs) und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsansätzen (KVP).
  • Du übersetzt fachliche Kundenanforderungen in strukturierte Vorgaben für IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und bereitest Ergebnisse adressatengerecht für Entscheidungsvorlagen auf.
  • Abhängig von deiner Erfahrung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Teilprojekte oder Aufgaben in der Projektleitung.

Was uns überzeugt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder relevante Erfahrung als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) im Prozessmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit – idealerweise im Umfeld der öffentlichen Verwaltung (Public Sector) oder bei Digitalisierungsprojekten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Standards wie BPMN 2.0, Lean Management, Six Sigma oder im Prozesscontrolling.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Technologien, Prozessautomatisierung (RPA) und moderne Workflow-Tools.
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und ein echter Teamplayer-Mindset.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) ist zwingend erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse und ein Quäntchen Humor sind von Vorteil. Eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 % passt für dich.
