The posting

REQUISITOS:

  • Curso Técnico em Farmácia, Química ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em indústria farmacêutica, preferencialmente em Controle e Processo, Garantia da Qualidade, Controle de Qualidade ou acompanhamento de produção;
  • Pacote office completo.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Realizar inspeções de rotina nas áreas produtivas, verificando limpeza, organização, identificação, paramentação e cumprimento dos procedimentos.
  • Verificar a liberação de áreas e linhas antes do início das operações e nas trocas de produto ou lote, conforme procedimento e atribuições autorizadas.
  • Conferir a identificação e a condição de uso de equipamentos, utensílios, materiais e produtos em processo.
  • Executar e registrar os controles previstos para cada etapa, respeitando os métodos, as frequências de amostragem e os critérios de aceitação estabelecidos.
  • Realizar verificações como aspecto, peso ou volume de envase, fechamento, integridade da embalagem, codificação, lote e validade, conforme aplicável ao produto.
  • Coletar, identificar e encaminhar amostras conforme os planos de amostragem e os procedimentos aprovados.
  • Conferir os registros de produção durante a execução das atividades, identificando preenchimentos incompletos, divergências e falhas de rastreabilidade.
  • Verificar a correspondência entre produto, materiais de embalagem e documentação do lote, contribuindo para a prevenção de misturas.
  • Comunicar imediatamente resultados fora dos limites, falhas operacionais e situações que possam comprometer a qualidade do produto.
  • Solicitar a interrupção da atividade e o bloqueio ou a segregação do material nas situações previstas em procedimento, acionando a liderança responsável.
  • Apoiar o registro e a investigação de desvios, a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas e a verificação de sua eficácia.
  • Organizar os registros de controle em processo e apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores e tendências.
  • Orientar os colaboradores quanto ao cumprimento dos procedimentos, encaminhando dúvidas e necessidades de treinamento à liderança.
