The posting

  • You will oversee contractors performing mechanical works on site
  • You ensure activities are carried out according to the approved designs and schedules
  • You are responsible for purchasing materials and construction supplies required for the project
  • You will assist in preparing technical designs, work plans and material requirements
  • You will monitor project deadlines, follow up on progress and ensure contractors comply with specifications and quality standards
  • Your are fluent in English (Dutch, French or Turkisch is a strong plus)
  • Experience in industrial construction projects is a major asset
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations is important
  • You are able to coordinate and supervise contractors on-site
  • You work accurately and keep track of deadlines
  • You are flexible regarding working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary
