The posting

Are you looking for a hands-on mechanical engineering role within a large industrial construction project? For a project site in Lommel, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support and supervise on-site activities. You will work closely with contractors, coordinate technical work and help ensure the project is delivered according to plan. The position offers long-term opportunities beyond the current project phase.

Wij bieden

  • Gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,000
  • Immediate permanent contract with the company (initially on monthly basis, followed by a indefinite-term contract)

  • Day shift from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Wij vragen

  • Your are fluent in English (Dutch, French or Turkisch is a strong plus)
  • Experience in industrial construction projects is a major asset
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations is important
  • You are able to coordinate and supervise contractors on-site
  • You work accurately and keep track of deadlines
  • You are flexible regarding working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary

The organisation aims to expand the engineering team and offers opportunities to work on future projects across Belgium, including the Brussels region.
