The posting

Suntem în plin proces de digitalizare și căutăm un Chief Technology Officer care să preia conducerea tehnică a companiei și să construiască alături de noi infrastructura digitală a următorilor ani.

Ce va trebui să faci:

  • Definești și implementezi strategia IT pe termen mediu, aliniată cu obiectivele de business ale companiei;
  • Coordonezi toate proiectele IT active și planificate (50+), stabilești prioritățile și urmărești livrabilele;
  • Conduci echipa internă IT (3 colegi) și gestionezi relația cu toți furnizorii externi (vezi mai jos);
  • Iei deciziile arhitecturale pe toate platformele: ERP, CRM, cloud, integrări, automatizări;
  • Te asiguri că infrastructura IT funcționează în siguranță la ambele puncte de lucru;
  • Gestionezi bugetul IT, negociezi contractele și raportezi lunar către management;
  • Lucrezi cu un ecosistem de parteneri externi pe mai multe domenii — responsabilitatea ta e să îi ții aliniați, să urmărești calitatea livrabilelor și să optimizezi continuu costurile;
  • ERP & Microsoft 365 — Business Central, M365, Copilot, Power BI;
  • Automatizare & AI — UiPath RPA, proiecte de digitalizare cu AI;
  • Infrastructură & Securitate IT — servere, rețea, backup, AD, securitate fizică;
  • Telecomunicații — telecom mobil, cablare structurată.

Ce ne dorim?

  • 8+ ani experiență în IT, cu cel puțin câțiva ani în rol de conducere sau coordonare;
  • Cunoștințe solide cu Microsoft Business Central (ERP) și Dynamics 365 CRM;
  • Experiență cu Azure: SQL, Functions, ADF, Entra ID;
  • SQL Server avansat, ETL, SSAS Tabular și Data Warehouse;
  • Familiaritate cu securitatea IT: Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, ISO 27001;
  • Persoană organizată, cu inițiativă, capabilă să comunice clar atât cu echipele tehnice, cât și cu managementul;
  • Experiență în gestionarea bugetelor IT și a relațiilor cu furnizorii.

Constituie avantaj:

  • Experiență cu soluții AI / LLM (OpenAI, Claude, RAG, embeddings) sau automatizare RPA (UiPath);
  • Cunoștințe de dezvoltare web (React, Node.js, Python) sau DevOps (GitHub Actions, CI/CD);
  • Experiență cu sisteme WMS în distribuție sau logistică.
