Suntem în căutarea unui Regional Sales Manager - Moldova, pentru divizia de Proiecte, care să aducă cu sine: energie, viziune și inițiativă.

Ne dorim să ai experiență relevantă în domeniul soluțiilor electrice, să construiești echipe și să contribui activ la dezvoltarea businessului în zona alocată.

Menționăm faptul că, acest rol este unul de leadership, deci vei avea rolul de a construi o echipă, să o inspiri și să construiești parteneriate solide cu clienții.

Must haves:

  • Experiență profesională în vânzări de echipamente electrice;
  • Coordonarea și dezvoltarea echipei de vânzări din regiunea alocată
  • Implementarea strategiei comerciale și atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări
  • Dezvoltarea și menținerea relațiilor cu clienții cheie și partenerii locali
  • Analiza pieței, a concurenței și identificarea de noi oportunități de creștere
  • Abilități solide de leadership, negociere și comunicare
  • Orientare către rezultate și gândire strategică.

Ce vei face?

  • Coordonarea și dezvoltarea echipei de vânzări din regiunea Moldovei;
  • Implementarea strategiei comerciale și atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări;
  • Dezvoltarea și menținerea relațiilor cu clienții cheie și partenerii locali pentru divizia Proiecte (firme de instalații electrice și curenți slabi, tablotieri, antreprenori generali);
  • Analiza pieței, a concurenței și identificarea de noi oportunități de creștere.
