  • Manage recurring HR compliance activities to help ensure Prominence meets applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
  • Maintain required HR documentation, employee records, and compliance calendars, ensuring timely completion of recurring requirements and deadlines.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, advisors, and government entities as needed to complete registrations, filings, documentation, and other compliance requirements.
  • Proactively identify compliance gaps or potential risks, partnering with the HR Director on complex matters and ensuring established policies and practices are consistently followed.

People Team General Support

  • Serve as a primary People resource for employees, providing guidance on established policies, processes, forms, and available resources while escalating complex or sensitive matters to the HR Director.
  • Own recurring People reporting and data collection, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of information for leadership and board reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, People resources, forms, templates, presentations, and internal documentation to ensure information remains organized, accessible, and current.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
