  • Prestar atendimento telefônico em nome das clínicas: Realizar agendamento, confirmação e cancelamento de consultas; Resolver com ajuda dos setores as diversas demandas; Encaminhar ligações para outros setores; Esclarecer dúvidas e solucionar problemas; Acompanhar diariamente resultado das ligações atendidas e retornar as ligações abandonadas.
  • Atender as diversas demandas de clientes e médicos pelos diversos canais digitais;
  • Realizar atendimento presencial a clientes para consultas e atendimento quimioterápico: Preencher cadastro completo promovendo prontuário único Abrir atendimento; Solicitar autorização; Verificar condição de consulta e retorno; Receber pagamentos e repassar para médicos e clínica; Solicitar e devolver documentos e exames necessários para a realização das consultas; Gerenciar demandas; Efetuar correto preenchimento de guias e exigências dos convênios para comprovação da realização das consultas e procedimentos; Confirmar agenda do médico no dia anterior fazendo contato com os pacientes que não confirmaram a consulta; Acompanhar pacientes nos consultórios; Atender as diversas demandas dos clientes.
  • Garantir a assinatura do paciente nas guias correspondentes e envio para o setor de contas médicas
  • Organizar as guias para envio para as contas médicas;
  • Dar suporte ao médico e profissional multiprofissional: Manter consultório arrumado e em condição de uso; Providenciar receitas, guias e materiais necessários; Disponibilizar jaleco para uso do médico; Gerenciar encaixes, solicitar receitas, atestados e outras demandas; Dar retorno diário aos pacientes que tiverem solicitações específicas de um profissional;
  • Prestar atendimento aos clientes de acordo com o preconizado pela Pronutrir, repassando divergências, situações de conflito e outras demandas que sejam realizadas por equipe multiprofissional e/ou clientes. Mantê-los arrumados; Providenciar receitas, guias e material que os médicos necessitarem.
  • Realizar outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo e que contribuam para o cumprimento da Missão.
