Als Mitarbeiter:in Bike Production (gn) machst du aus hochwertigen Komponenten echte Propain Bikes. ​

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du kommissionierst Bike-Komponenten und stellst sie für unsere individuellen Aufträge bereit.
  • Du übernimmst Warenannahme, Einlagerung und Lagerpflege.
  • Du führst Vormontagen verschiedener Bike-Komponenten durch.
  • Du unterstützt beim Laufradbau und Rahmenaufbau unserer Bikes.
  • Du sorgst mit Qualitätskontrollen dafür, dass unsere Bikes unseren hohen Ansprüchen entsprechen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Teamleiter und deinen Kolleg zusammen und bringst deine Ideen ein, wenn es darum geht, Abläufe und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit an deinem Arbeitsplatz und damit für ein professionelles Produktionsumfeld.
  • Du arbeitest im Schichtsystem von Montag bis Freitag: Frühschicht 06:30–15:30 Uhr oder Spätschicht 15:00–21:15 Uhr, mit einem Wechsel etwa alle drei Wochen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Montageumfeld.
  • Du hast Freude an handwerklicher Arbeit, arbeitest gerne mit den Händen und hast ein gutes Gespür für Präzision und Details.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich – und weißt gleichzeitig, wann Teamwork gefragt ist.
  • Du magst es ordentlich und strukturiert und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es mal schneller gehen muss.
  • Du hast Lust auf ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet und bringst dich flexibel dort ein, wo deine Unterstützung gebraucht wird.
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrung in der Bike-, Sport- oder Produktionsbranche – das ist aber kein Muss.
  • Du hast Bock auf Bikes und darauf, ein hochwertiges Produkt mit deinen Händen mitzugestalten.
  • Was du noch nicht kannst, bringen wir dir bei – wichtig sind uns vor allem deine Motivation, dein handwerkliches Geschick und deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
