The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing premium hospitality experiences while working collaboratively with attorneys, business development professionals, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Hospitality Program Management

  • Manage the firm's hospitality portfolio, including premium suites, VIP hospitality packages, and ticket inventory for major events such as the US Open Tennis Championships, Formula 1 Grand Prix events, Kentucky Derby, golf events, and NCAA March Madness.
  • Manage a centralized hospitality calendar and inventory management system.
  • Coordinate hospitality event logistics, including ticket distribution, credential management, transportation, and catering, and ensure each experience reflects the firm's standards for excellence and client service.

Ticket Management

  • Manage electronic ticket distribution using platforms such as TicketManager, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and venue-specific systems, and track ticket utilization, attendance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Reconcile invoices and maintain accurate records of ticket purchases and distributions while ensuring compliance with firm policies regarding entertainment expenses and client hospitality.

Client & Attorney Support

  • Partner with attorneys and Business Development teams to identify strategic client entertainment opportunities and recommend guest lists aligned with relationship-building and business development goals.
  • Provide recommendations on guest lists aligned with relationship building and business development goals in conjunction with BD team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality-related inquiries and prepare event materials, itineraries, guest lists, and briefing documents for hosting attorneys.

Vendor & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with sports organizations, hospitality providers, and event partners, and coordinate with venue representatives regarding event logistics and VIP services.
  • Negotiate hospitality packages and maximize value from sponsorships and premium seating agreements.

Budget & Reporting

  • Support development and management of the annual hospitality budget by monitoring expenditures and reconciling invoices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize return on hospitality investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing corporate hospitality, ticket operations, and premium experiences.
  • Experience managing high-value ticket inventories and hospitality programs.
  • Experience within a law firm, professional services firm, sports organization, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Ticket Manager, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and venue management systems.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems including InterAction, Salesforce, or similar platforms, and event management systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with close attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills when working with firm leadership, attorneys, clients, and VIP guests.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating hospitality packages.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends and travel occasionally in support of client events.

This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
