The posting

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional travel experiences and providing outstanding client support? Were looking for a skilled Travel Specialist with hands-on experience in Travefy, Sabre, and Tourplan to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing detailed itineraries, handling bookings, and delivering first-class service across a wide range of client travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage custom travel itineraries using Travefy
  • Book flights, accommodations, and services using the Sabre GDS system
  • Utilise Tourplan for reservations, pricing, and operations support
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide expert travel advice and tailored recommendations
  • Monitor bookings and manage any changes or disruptions efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and travel plans
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure service quality

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a travel consultant or customer service role within the travel industry
  • Proficient in or experienced with:
  • Travefy
  • Sabre
  • Tourplan
  • Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
