A Protiviti é uma consultoria empresarial especializada em gestão de riscos, compliance, ESG, cybersecurity, privacidade, auditoria interna e investigação empresarial.Buscamos uma pessoa para integrar nosso Time de Pessoas & Cultura, contribuindo para iniciativas de atração, desenvolvimento, performance, cultura e engajamento em um ambiente de aprendizagem contínua, colaboração e diversidade.A posição atuará em modelo híbrido, em São Paulo/SP.Responsabilidades e atribuições Mapear as necessidades do negócio junto às lideranças e áreas, conduzindo o Levantamento de Necessidades de Treinamento (LNT) e traduzindo desafios em soluções de aprendizagem; Criar conteúdos de treinamento utilizando ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, como roteiros, apresentações, vídeos, avaliações, materiais de apoio e microlearnings; Explorar e testar novas ferramentas de IA para acelerar a produção de conteúdos e elevar a qualidade das soluções de desenvolvimento; Estruturar e atualizar trilhas de aprendizagem alinhadas às necessidades mapeadas; Acompanhar indicadores de T&D (adesão, conclusão, satisfação e eficácia), avaliando o impacto das soluções e propondo melhorias; Apoiar a conexão entre as ações de desenvolvimento e os ciclos de Gestão de Performance, como planos de desenvolvimento individual (PDI); Conduzir a integração de novos colaboradores, proporcionando uma experiência de onboarding acolhedora e conectada à cultura da empresa.Apoiar, conforme a demanda, as demais frentes de Pessoas & Cultura, como Recrutamento & Seleção, Gestão de Performance, Cultura e Engajamento e rotinas de RH;Participar de projetos estratégicos da área, contribuindo com análises, ideias e soluções que fortaleçam a experiência dos colaboradores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Pedagogia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, incluindo condução de LNT e implementação de ações de desenvolvimento;Experiência prática na criação de conteúdos com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (geração de texto, imagem, vídeo, voz ou apresentações);Vivência com administração de plataformas LMS e conteúdos em formato SCORM;Capacidade de escuta e de traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções de aprendizagem;Experiência com acompanhamento de indicadores de treinamento.Desejável

Conhecimento de design instrucional e metodologias de aprendizagem de adultos; Vivência com ferramentas de autoria de conteúdo (como Articulate, Rise ou similares); Portfólio de conteúdos ou materiais criados com apoio de IA;
