Aqui, você terá contato com profissionais experientes, desafios reais e um ambiente que incentiva curiosidade, colaboração e crescimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInteligência de Mercado e Estratégia:Apoiar no mapeamento macroeconômico, setorial e de tendências multisetorial.Conduzir análises concorrenciais (benchmarking, shares de mercado e barreiras de entrada) para embasar projetos e propostas.Auxiliar na estruturação de dados e pesquisas que orientam estratégias de market entry e expansão.Suporte Comercial e Operação Tática:Colaborar na qualificação e enriquecimento de listas de contas-alvo e leads estratégicos (Outbound), garantindo a consistência das informações no CRM.Apoiar o time comercial no mapeamento de novos mercados, contatos-chave e na preparação de dados para abordagens direcionadas.Contribuir para a organização de processos de prospecção e fluxos de contato, integrando a inteligência de dados à rotina de vendas.Apoiar na construção de cadências de contato e estratégias de abordagem. Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando a partir do 3° semestre do Ensino Superior em Economia, Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Gestão Financeira, Gestão Comercial, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Organização e atenção a detalhes. Forte pensamento analítico, curiosidade intelectual e facilidade para lidar com dados e pesquisas.Conhecimento do Pacote Office e Inteligência Artificial.Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida, no mínimo 2x por semana presencialmente na região da Oscar Freire.
