A Protiviti é uma consultoria empresarial especializada em gestão de riscos, compliance, ESG, cybersecurity, privacidade, auditoria interna e investigação empresarial.Buscamos uma pessoa para integrar nosso Time de Pessoas & Cultura, contribuindo para iniciativas de atração, desenvolvimento, performance, cultura e engajamento em um ambiente de aprendizagem contínua, colaboração e diversidade.A posição atuará em modelo híbrido, em São Paulo/SP.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar os processos de Recrutamento & Seleção, realizando triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e atualização das etapas nas plataformas; Apoiar a operacionalização dos ciclos de Gestão de Performance, acompanhando prazos, enviando comunicados e controlando o andamento das etapas; Apoiar a organização de treinamentos, incluindo agendamentos, listas de presença, convites e controle de participação; Auxiliar na publicação e acompanhamento de conteúdos no LMS; Executar rotinas administrativas de RH, como atualização de cadastros, controles, planilhas e sistemas relacionados à jornada do colaborador; Apoiar a consolidação de dados e a atualização de indicadores da área; Apoiar a logística e a execução de ações de Cultura e Engajamento; Auxiliar na preparação e organização do onboarding de novos colaboradores; Explorar o uso de Inteligência Artificial e automações para tornar as rotinas da área mais ágeis.
