Ben jij een ervaren hypotheekadviseur die klaar is voor meer zelfstandigheid en ondernemerschap? In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om jouw eigen klantenportefeuille op te bouwen, écht het verschil te maken met jouw advies en te groeien binnen een sterke formule. Dit is jouw kans om jouw expertise volledig te benutten én verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Hypotheekadviseur ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en begeleid je hen van het eerste gesprek tot aan de notaris. Je combineert inhoudelijke kennis met een persoonlijke aanpak en zorgt voor een soepel en transparant proces.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Voeren van persoonlijke adviesgesprekken en bieden van maatwerkoplossingen
  • Begeleiden van het volledige hypotheektraject van A tot Z
  • Onderhouden van relaties met geldverstrekkers, verzekeraars en andere partners
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en actief uitbreiden van je netwerk
  • Intensief samenwerken met makelaars en collega-adviseurs
  • Zelfstandig beheren en uitbouwen van jouw eigen klantenportefeuille

Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je rol, maar staat er nooit alleen voor: je werkt samen met een betrokken team en sterke partners in de regio.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis, Hypothecair Krediet en Vermogen
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als hypotheekadviseur
  • Ervaring met FasterForward en Adviesbox is een pré
  • Commerciële instelling en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
