Ben jij een ervaren Hypotheekadviseur en toe aan een omgeving waar persoonlijk advies écht centraal staat?

Bij onze opdrachtgever zoeken ze een Erkend Hypotheekadviseur die het verschil wil maken voor klanten, niet alleen tijdens het adviestraject, maar ook daarna. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke diepgang met zelfstandigheid, structuur en persoonlijk klantcontact.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt te werken binnen een betrokken en professioneel team, waar kwaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht vooropstaan. Als Hypotheekadviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid je hen van A tot Z bij één van de belangrijkste financiële beslissingen in hun leven.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het voeren van adviesgesprekken met particuliere klanten, zowel op kantoor als telefonisch;
  • Het inventariseren van wensen, financiële situaties en toekomstplannen van klanten;
  • Het opstellen en toelichten van heldere hypotheekadviezen en offertes;
  • Het begeleiden van het volledige bemiddelingstraject, inclusief nazorg;
  • Het afstemmen met geldverstrekkers, verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen;
  • Het beantwoorden van klantvragen en zorgen voor een soepel en zorgvuldig proces.

Je ontvangt klanten in een open en ontspannen sfeer op kantoor, waar je de tijd neemt om écht goed advies te geven.

Zij geloven in persoonlijk en op maat gemaakt advies, afgestemd op de financiële mogelijkheden, wensen en risico’s van onze klanten. Geen standaardoplossingen, maar aandacht, betrokkenheid en kwaliteit ->daar staan zij voor.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als hypotheekadviseur;
  • Je bent in het bezit van Wft Basis, Hypothecair Krediet, Vermogen en Consumptief Krediet;
  • Je bent SEH-erkend;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent gemotiveerd en functioneert goed in teamverband;
  • Je bent op de hoogte van actuele wet- en regelgeving en houdt je PE bij.
