Auxiliar administrativo:

Posición en colaboración con socio-comercial para efectos de captura de información

Base: Zacatecas,Zac.

Retos a los que te enfrentas en esta posición:

  • Calificar al cliente en el sistema de información de la compañía a fin de asegurar que cumpla con los requisitos para la venta.
  • Capturar los pagos de los clientes reportados por los agentes semanalmente en el sistema interno.
  • Validar el cuadre diario
  • Capturar el pago de comisiones a agentes en el sistema.
  • Capturar los pagos emitidos por adquisición del seguro
  • Apoyar con la impresión de reportes y cartas de atraso
  • Imprimir las listas de cobranza y entregar a las agentes, folletos con información relevante.
  • 8. Capturar en el sistema interno los datos de las ventas nuevas y renovaciones

Si eres una persona que:

  • Cuenta con bachillerato, carrera técnica, Licenciatura terminada o trunca en áreas económico-administrativas (Ejemplo: Administración, Informática, Contabilidad, Carreta Técnica en área administrativa.)

  • Efectiva administración del tiempo
