· Involucramiento en las tareas semanales

· Revisa, controla y da seguimiento a las acciones diarias

· Orienta, escucha y apoya a su equipo para el logro de objetivos

· Capacidad de detectar sus fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad de él y su equipo.

· Alineado a reglas y políticas gestionando que se cumplan

· Mantiene energía positiva y cambia los retos laborales a oportunidades

Si eres una persona que cuenta con:

· Bachillerato Concluido o carrera trunca

· Disponibilidad de horario

· Indispensable saber manejar y contar con licencia vigente

· Conocimiento básico en técnicas de ventas y cobranza

· Gusto por el trabajo en campo y en actividades comerciales

· Habilidad básica en manejo de personal

· Pensamiento numérico y lógico

· Excelente trato al cliente
