Retos a los que te enfrentas en esta posición:

  • Realizar la cobranza telefónica de las cuentas asignadas para alcanzar los objetivos de recuperación.
  • Cumplir con el número de llamadas telefónicas establecidas y las metas de productividad asignadas para estar alineado a las políticas de recuperación vigentes.
  • Negociar con los clientes ofreciendo alternativas de pago para obtener acuerdos sólidos que beneficien al cliente e impacten en el alcance del objetivo mensual definido.
  • Documentar todas las interacciones y acuerdos con los clientes para mantener un registro detallado de la gestión de cobranza.

Si eres una persona que:

  • Disfruta mantener un ritmo de trabajo constante para obtener resultados desafiantes.
  • Le gusta tratar con clientes de forma cordial y negociar para ganar-ganar.
  • Gestiona su tiempo equilibradamente y se organiza con facilidad.
  • Le gusta ser autogestionable respecto a su cartera de clientes (toma de decisiones).
  • Le gusta concluir lo que empieza.

Si cuentas con:

  • Bachillerato terminado o Licenciatura trunca.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en cobranza telefónica, gestión de cartera de clientes y trato al cliente.
  • Habilidad en el manejo de herramientas informáticas básicas.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo.

Te ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo base mensual + comisiones quincenales.
