En Provident buscamos personas con liderazgo, enfoque comercial y gusto por el trabajo en campo que quieran desarrollarse profesionalmente y contribuir a la inclusión financiera.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Atraer, desarrollar y motivar a un equipo de Promotores Comisionistas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales de la compañía, asegurando una operación sana y orientada al crecimiento.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Supervisar las actividades de ventas, cobranza y publicidad en la zona asignada.

• Dar seguimiento y supervisar la gestión de cobranza presencial.

• Mantener contacto constante con clientes y Promotores Comisionistas mediante visitas en campo.

• Identificar fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad del equipo.

• Reclutar, capacitar y motivar al personal.

• Revisar y dar seguimiento a las acciones y resultados diarios.

• Controlar los no pagos y contribuir a mantener una cartera sana.

• Prevenir y detectar posibles fraudes.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos y objetivos establecidos.

Importante: el puesto requiere aproximadamente 80% de trabajo en campo.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Licenciatura concluida, preferentemente en áreas económico-administrativas.

• Experiencia o conocimientos básicos en ventas y cobranza.

• Habilidad para manejar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo.

• Pensamiento numérico y lógico.

• Excelente trato y atención al cliente.

• Gusto por el trabajo en campo y las actividades comerciales.

• Conocimiento del Municipio de Celaya y Apaseo el Grande.

• Disponibilidad de horario indispensable.

• Automóvil propio indispensable. No motocicleta.

• Licencia de conducir vigente.

Lo que ofrecemos:

• Sueldo base mensual bruto de $12,988 a partir del tercer mes incrementa a $15,590 mensuales + Bono mensual de desempeño de acuerdo con resultados.

• Apoyo semanal para gasolina.

• 12 días de vacaciones.
