Global role –Ireland based in our Letterkenny Office 2 days onsite a week.

The Opportunity:

PGIM Private Capital is seeking a Director, Fund Operations to provide senior operational and financial leadership across its global private credit and alternatives platform. This is a multi-strategy, multi-jurisdiction role with end-to-end ownership of fund operations – spanning financial reporting, valuation coordination, investor operations, tax, regulatory compliance and new product launch coordination – across the full fund lifecycle, from launch through wind-down.

The Fund Operations team is responsible for the financial oversight, controls and reporting of PGIM Private Capital’s fund complexes, including commingled limited partnerships, parallel, feeder and rated feeder funds, aggregator and co-investment vehicles, alternative investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, levered vehicles and regulated fund structures in the U.S., Europe, and offshore jurisdictions. Investors include subsidiaries of Prudential Financial, Inc. and unaffiliated U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors – public and private pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and family offices – as well as a growing base of wealth and retail investors.

Direct Lending – originates, underwrites and manages a portfolio of privately placed senior loans to middle-market issuers ($10–100 million of EBITDA), managed across successive fund complexes, levered vehicles, rated feeders, SMAs, and open ended vehicles.

Mezzanine – originates, underwrites and manages privately placed mezzanine and structured capital investments in middle-market issuers ($10–100 million of EBITDA), across multiple fund vintages.

Energy Mezzanine – originates, underwrites and manages mezzanine, structured credit and equity investments in North American upstream oil and gas and energy infrastructure companies through a dedicated middle-market energy fund platform.

Retail / Wealth – evergreen and semi-liquid vehicles for the wealth channel, including business development companies (BDCs), ELTIFs, UCIs and other regulated retail structures.

  • Maintain and enhance the control environment, including cash and compliance attestations, LEI maintenance and policies and procedures.

Leadership and transformation

  • Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team and manage competing priorities across time zones.
  • Drive automation, data and process-improvement initiatives (e.g., Power BI reporting, workflow tools, reconciliation tooling) to scale the platform.
  • Collaborate with a global operations team across Chicago, Newark, London and Ireland, and lead ad hoc strategic projects.

What you will bring

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
