  • Follow documented procedures, complete daily checklists, escalate issues timely, and support control, audit, and risk management activities as needed.
  • Prepare recurring operational reporting related to derivative activity, reconciliations, exceptions, and processing metrics.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying manual tasks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred. All majors considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, trade support, confirmations, settlements, collateral management, or a related operations function.
  • Exposure to derivative products such as swaps, futures, options, FX forwards, cleared derivatives, or bilateral OTC instruments preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aladdin or other investment operations platforms a plus.
  • Basic understanding of derivative confirmations, clearing, settlement, collateral, margin, or reconciliation processes a plus.
  • Ability to work with internal teams, custodians, clearing brokers, broker-dealers, counterparties, or fund administrators to resolve operational issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to investigate exceptions, reconcile breaks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Interest in operational risk, controls, and process improvement within a derivative operations environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
