This role is a strong fit for curious, coachable, and adaptable people who enjoy learning, solving problems, and helping others succeed. What You Can Expect

  • Support financial professionals, internal sales partners, and business partners by phone and digital channels, providing clear, consultative information about life insurance products, illustrations and sales concepts.
  • Ask thoughtful questions and listen closely to understand needs, identify case opportunities, and provide clear information on available options and next steps.
  • Build expertise in life insurance products, illustrations, sales concepts, and case design, then apply that knowledge to help move opportunities toward submission.
  • Provide accurate and complete information, maintain thorough documentation, and proactively reduce delays, rework, and friction in the presales process.
  • Take ownership of your development by participating in training, coaching, skill-building activities, and feedback conversations, then applying what you learn in daily work.
  • Share knowledge, support teammates, and suggest improvements that strengthen the customer experience and the way the team works.

What You’ll Need

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with financial professionals, business partners, teammates, and leaders.
  • Curiosity and coachability, with the ability to seek feedback, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge and skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify needs and help financial professionals evaluate available product information and options.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems, technologies, and digital tools.
  • FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registration, or the ability to obtain the required registrations within 120 days of hire.

It’d Be a Plus If You Had

  • Sales, customer consultation, or financial services experience.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products, illustrations, sales concepts, or the life insurance sales process.
  • Experience working with financial professionals, distribution partners, or internal sales teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
