Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations, manage production teams, and ensure efficient production planning, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily factory operations, including cutting ,fabrication, polishing, and solid surface works.

· Plan production schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to meet project deadlines.

· Lead and develop production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.

· Monitor production costs, material usage, wastage, and operational efficiency.

· Coordinate with Project, Operations, and Management teams.

· Ensure production output meets technical specifications and quality standards.

· Oversee machinery maintenance and workplace safety compliance.

· Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

· Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to Management.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production, including supervisory or management experience.

· Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and quality control.

· Able to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.

· Good communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
