Qualifications/Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal D4/S1 dari Bisnis & Marketing atau jurusan yang terkait.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Sales/Marketing pada industri Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, atau Shipping Agency.
  • Memiliki customer base/network yang aktif dan relevan, khususnya Export/Import dan Domestic.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam customer relationship management dan business development.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu mengarahkan tim.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, networking, dan problem solving yang baik.
  • Target-oriented, proaktif, mandiri, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.
  • Memiliki SIM dan kendaraan pribadi.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

  • Mengembangkan customer baru dan menjaga hubungan dengan existing customer
  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan customer base.
  • Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi sales & marketing untuk mencapai target revenue.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di bidang shipping, logistics, dan related services.
  • Melakukan negosiasi dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan customer, partner, dan principal.
  • Memahami kebutuhan customer dan berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memberikan solusi yang tepat.
  • Memonitor sales pipeline, customer activity, revenue, dan pencapaian target.
  • Menyusun sales forecast dan laporan perkembangan customer kepada management.
