The posting

Responsibility:

A. Kebersihan & Pemeliharaan Kantor

  • Membersihkan dan memelihara area kantor, ruang rapat, resepsionis, dan workstation.
  • Memastikan kebersihan dapur, toilet, dan area umum.
  • Buang sampah dan pertahankan rutinitas pengelolaan limbah.
  • Membantu tugas pemeliharaan dasar dan melaporkan masalah ke manajemen gedung.

B. Dukungan Pantry & Perhotelan

  • Siapkan dan sajikan minuman untuk staf, tamu, dan rapat.
  • Simpan persediaan dapur dan pastikan peralatan bersih dan berfungsi.
  • Siapkan ruang rapat dengan minuman sesuai kebutuhan.

C. Dukungan & Tanggung Jawab Kantor

  • Membantu fotokopi, pemindaian, dan tugas administratif sederhana.
  • Tangani tugas kantor seperti membeli barang-barang kecil atau mengantarkan dokumen.
  • Mendukung acara kantor, rapat, dan aktivitas internal.

D. Persediaan & Perlengkapan

  • Pantau tingkat stok bahan pembersih, barang dapur, dan perlengkapan kantor.
  • Membantu menerima, mengatur, dan menyimpan pengiriman.
  • Laporkan stok rendah ke Administrator Office untuk pengisian ulang.

E. Dukungan Keamanan & Keselamatan Kantor

  • Pantau akses ke area kantor dan pastikan pengunjung mengikuti prosedur masuk.
  • Antar tamu ke ruang pertemuan bila diperlukan.Pastikan pintu, jendela, dan ruang rapat terkunci dengan benar setelah digunakan.
  • Laporkan aktivitas mencurigakan, akses yang tidak sah, atau bahaya keselamatan kepada Administrator Kantor atau HRGA.
  • Mendukung rutinitas buka dan tutup harian (lampu, AC, pintu, peralatan dapur, dll).
  • Bantu memeriksa apakah pintu keluar darurat dan jalan setapak tetap tidak terhalang.
  • Bantu menjaga keamanan kantor secara umum dengan menjaga lantai tetap kering, kabel teratur, dan area umum bebas bahaya.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan keamanan gedung untuk pengiriman, pengunjung, dan akses setelah jam kerja.

Qualifications:

Pendidikan: SMA/SMK minimum atau setara. Pengalaman:

  • 1–2 tahun dalam dukungan kantor, rumah tangga, perhotelan, atau operasi bangunan lebih disukai.
  • Pengalaman di lingkungan dengan rutinitas keamanan dasar adalah keuntungan.

Keterampilan:

  • Komunikasi yang baik dan sikap layanan pelanggan yang sopan.
