- Mengelola dan mengawasi seluruh proses siklus akuntansi, termasuk jurnal, buku besar, dan rekonsiliasi akun secara akurat dan tepat waktu

- Menyiapkan laporan keuangan berkala (bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan) yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi internasional dan regulasi lokal Indonesia

- Mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan menyelesaikan masalah akuntansi yang kompleks dengan memberikan solusi yang efektif

- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan akuntansi perusahaan, prosedur internal kontrol, dan regulasi peraturan perpajakan

- Berkolaborasi dengan tim manajemen dan departemen terkait untuk memastikan integritas data keuangan dan transparansi pelaporan

- Melakukan audit internal dan verifikasi akun untuk mencegah kesalahan dan penipuan keuangan

- Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan hubungan dengan akuntan eksternal dan pemeriksa pajak

- Memberikan laporan analisis keuangan dan insight kepada manajemen senior untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis

- Memimpin dan membimbing anggota tim akuntansi junior dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sehari-hari

- Berkomunikasi dengan stakeholder berbahasa Mandarin dan memberikan penjelasan teknis akuntansi dalam bahasa tersebut

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) dalam Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait dari universitas terkemuka

- Minimal 7-10 tahun pengalaman di bidang akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan, dengan pengalaman di posisi senior atau supervisory

- Kemampuan berbicara, membaca, dan menulis bahasa Mandarin secara fluent (Mandarin Standar atau Simplified/Traditional Chinese)

- Menguasai standar akuntansi internasional (IFRS) dan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum (GAAP)

- Pemahaman mendalam tentang regulasi perpajakan Indonesia dan compliance requirements

- Keahlian dalam menggunakan software akuntansi modern seperti SAP, Oracle, atau sistem ERP terkemuka lainnya

- Profisiensi tinggi dalam Microsoft Excel, termasuk formula kompleks, pivot tables, dan data analysis

- Sertifikasi profesional seperti CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), atau setara diutamakan
